Business Analyst
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: €75,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with SMEs and product managers to understand operational challenges and user pain points

  • Gather and document business requirements aligned with customer and operational strategies

  • Analyse data trends to support decision-making and recommend actionable improvements

  • Map current processes, particularly around disruption management and operational constraints

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure alignment with real-world business scenarios

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across systems and service delivery

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within operational or customer-focused environments

  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI preferred)

  • Proven experience across the full business analysis lifecycle (from discovery to delivery)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and process mapping

  • Relevant degree (Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or similar); BA certification a plus
